* Booking fee can be transferred to a new date, if changes are made 3 or more weeks in advance. If changes are made less than 3 weeks before the engagement, a new deposit must be paid and a new agreement created.
* For dates booked on holidays (July 4, Oct. 31, Easter, etc.), the booking fee cannot be transferred to a new date.
* For cancellations made 24 hours or less before the scheduled engagement, 100% of the agreed amount is due, and will be billed to the credit card on file.
